The ISTSS Publication Education Committee has produced three short, informative videos presenting three different trauma survivors telling their stories. "One Person's Trauma Story," "The After Effects of Trauma," and "How the Treatment of Trauma Can Help" are available for viewing now.

As a service to its members and to others interested in traumatic stress, ISTSS maintains links to the Web sites of organizations with similar interests and goals.

    Visit the NIMH site for breaking news about men and depression, and new information about coping with traumatic events, including resources and links to publications and materials about trauma and violence.     The National Criminal Justice Reference Service (NCJRS) is one of the most extensive sources of information on criminal and juvenile justice worldwide. NCJRS provides services to an international community of policymakers and professionals and serves as a collection of clearinghouses supporting all bureaus of the U.S. Department of Justice, Office of Justice Programs.
  • Mood and Anxiety Disorders Program
    The Mood and Anxiety Disorders Program (MAP) is an initiative of the National Institute of Mental Health (NIMH), one of the world's premier mental health research organizations, focused on mood and anxiety disorders. The program is divided into research groups specializing in depression, bipolar disorder (manic-depression), anxiety disorders, posttraumatic stress disorder and obsessive compulsive disorder.
